Catwoman
So I was reading the Catwoman comic "Relentless" today, which then led me to want to draw her. Now, I think I've said this before: I'm no artist. I started drawing seriously in like...December. Maybe November. I am not winning awards with my sketches here, but I've definitely improved. That being said, my catwoman...SUPER AWESOME!!! I'm incredibly happy with how she turned out! (Except her feet. I really need to work on feet). I ended up coloring her, which kinda made me sad...I didn't really like how the color turned out. But either way, I'm happy on the whole with how she ended up! She's a gift to one of my college friends who's now teaching English in Japan.
On that same note, all my friends are studying overseas. One friend is teaching in Japan, one is hanging out in China, another is in Germany. And I am stuck in Florida. At least I can make them send me postcards!!! My goal is to get mail from tons of other countries. Preferably from someone actually FROM the country instead of visiting, but beggers can't be choosers. My friend went to London and France and sent me a postcard from both places.
