What a mess
The following is a post that may be considered TMI to many people..with that said you've been warned.
So I've had a really heavy, clotty period for the last 7 months. I kept saying I'd go to the doctor and then it'd clear up for like a day or two just long enough for me to feel I was in the clear and then bam! It would start up again. Well I finally went to a doctor.
She believes I have PCOS. That would explain my thinning hair, my male pattern hair growth (stomach, face and chest), my weight gain (which stays mostly around my stomach), my hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and my heavy irregular periods.
So I've started the pill and everything started out great. But then she didn't tell me to keep takeing them and so I took the normal week off and now I've went unresponsive to the pill and once again I'm bleeding like a stuck pig. This is rather depressing because I can't go out and do the things I want to do.
Well now I'm on 4 pills a day for the first 2 days, 2 a day for 8 days after that and 1 a day for 20 days after that. Hopefully it stops..please pray for me! I want my life back!
