The Lake House
I just watched The Lake House and jeez, it is one of the most beautiful love stories I've ever watched. I kept melting into a little ball of Fen because of the cuteness. No, I wasn't crying. But I did figure stuff out earlier and I ended up screaming at the characters, and almost cried because it looked like SOMETHING would happen, but nothing did. Well, nothing bad atleast. I just love the ending, and I recommend everyone rent it and watch it. I don't care if you're a tough guy and can't blow your "rep", this movie is for everyone!
Besides, it has Keanu Reeves in it, gotta love my long lost cousin. Hehe. Naw, but I do love Keanu Reeves movies. Not a star crush on him, but he is a good actor. I loved him in Bill&Ted's Excellent Adventure, The Matrix, The Lake House, A walk In the Clouds, SPEED. He's just amazing with his acting skills, or maybe that's just me.
I'm in a little bit of a better mood at the moment, though I still have something on my mind. It'll either break me or make me stronger, we'll find out. It all just depends...I thought I had it figured out but after watching this movie my mind is even more scatter brained.
Oh, and yes folks, my mom HAS gotten even more psycho. Is that even possible?
I thought over the differences between my sister&me today. She pointed them out last weekend and I was surprised once again. My sister is correct. Besides our differences in appearance, that is scary beyond all belief. There's the way we handle shit. When mom is being irrational and getting all up in our faces, Ashley just sits there and cries, while I scream and fight back digging myself in deeper until I walk away and THEN. When mom threatens or tries to hit us, Ashley screams at her and protects herself. I threaten to beat her ass if she touches me, and get ready for a brawl. Sometimes we both just stare at our mom blankly though, if we're too emotionally tired to deal with her.
When it comes to friends Ashley has high power, is popular and has too many boyfriends to count. But she has no problem getting in physical fights to defend her friendships. I on the otherhand try to help my friends, though I also try and defend them with all I have.
We discussed this today also, and I was just surprised.
