If any of you read my journal a few days ago then you know that the girl of my dreams is getting married and I am in search of a new dream girl. I had said that Marissa Tomei would take the throne, but apparently the courts have not deemed her worthy. It was brought to my attention that to compare Marissa Tomei to Sandra Bullock or Audrey Hepburn would be nothing short of a travesty. It was also pointed out that in my search I had passed over the one person that would be an obvious heir apparent: Audrey Tautou. If you don't know who she is you should be ashamed of yourself. The 26-year-old French actress has been in several movies including the wonderful Jean-Pierre Jeunet films "Amelie"and "A Very Long Engagement." Very few actresses today exude a sense of self-confidence while maintaining an approachable feel. In addition, classical beauty is very seldom seen in modern women especially during an age of cosmetic surgery and caked on make-up. Audrey does this. She is a vision of Heaven. See for yourself:
She's only four years and three months older than me and as far as I know she's not married. I don't know why the hell not. But there she is: the new girl of my dreams.I'm off to be lulled to sleep by her in "Amelie." "A Very Long Engagement" comes out on DVD Tuesday as well as the All-American Rejects new CD.
Buy them both. Or if you don't want to, I'm buying them and you can make copies. Copyright laws don't scare me.
Down with the man.
