*** GAZPACHO IS BURNING! ***

I've been exceedingly lax in my epistolary duties of late - as much as self-imposed dictums can be considered duties, anyway - and as such, have a great deal to say, but what else is new?

I am enjoying the progress I'm making with my fiction. I've made quite a bit of headway in terms of characters and character development, while still working on the plausibility of my scientific (fictional) premises. My project, essentially, is to apply an actuality of Nietzschean "will-to-power" to a fundamentally Cartesian desire; namely, "mastery and possession of the universe." But I can't very well have individuals bending physical reality through sheer force of will without some plausible scientific conception of said reality. I've concluded on several different potential workarounds if in any case my claims seem scientifically unsubstantiated; I simply need to do more research on the concept and/or reality of anti-matter, at this point. I have to get cracking on that, as soon as I have some time to do so.

In other news, I own a vehicle. Behold, the raw power of the 1989 Volvo Stationwagon! VROOM. I'm still trying to come up with a name for it that reflects well on my personality, quirky as it may be. I'm the kind of person whose vehicle clearly needs a moniker of its own. Another thing to ponder, among many, it would seem.

Break time's up. I'll write some more later.
