Yes, I am still alive
Hey all, I figure its about time to let you all know what is going on in my life. Ready...here goes...
I am now a graduate of Indiana University. I did not waste four years of my life, I actually have something to show for it. I turned 22 in a pretty uneventful way. I got a couple of really awesome birthday/graduation presents. Among these are a laptop and a razr phone. Being a graduate hasn't really sunk in yet, I think it will really hit me when I don't have any classes to go to or papers to write in the fall.
As of right now, I am in limbo. I am between phases in my life, and I have to say that it is very nice to take a break. I do however have a very exciting job opportunity as youth leader at a church in Lapel. I went back for a second interview on Tuesday night, and I think that there is every possibility that I have the job. It is only part time, but this is what I want to do. Thus far, this job sounds exactly what I want to do. So, I am looking for another job that will be my primary source of income should I get the youth leader job.
In other news, I am planning on working at Epworth again this summer. I had a blast last summer (rolling golf carts and chasing geese), plus Brandon will be there. I go to Epworth in 18 days and I honestly wish it were less.
I will hear about the job in Lapel sometime next week, and I will be beside myself if I do end up getting it.
