retreat was really fun. Filled with catch phrase, carmel apples, and falling down. Well, not everyone participated in the falling, but it was still fun. I really hurt my ankle but I'm pretty sure that its not just twisted, 'cause it hurts almost as much as it did when I sprained it in high school. And now its all swollen and bruised. I probably get to make a fool out of myself and hobble to class tomorrow. I only have one though, so I will ice and elevate the rest of the day.

I think that's all for now, I am going to go write the alphabet with my toe, and then sleep for a day or two.
