Now I call myself a fan.

I went to the GazettE's live last year, so I got an application form for their fanclub HERESY.
So after long delay I was at last able to join!!! =D

I considered joining via middleman here in Hong Kong, but they charge 25% for service fee.
So as I was really broke after that trip, I thought I can join by myself, because postage costs so little.

There's not much to be filled in.
Just REAL name, birthday, address and phone no. (Cos they might check the card and ID at FC lives and events.)
I've read someone wrote about her experience, HERESY staff chose to wrote her Chinese address in (ugly) kanji instead of the English one.
So, I wrote a line saying "Please write the address in English if you don't understand the Chinese address", and provided my address in both languages.
And then, to ensure they can read my details clearly, I copied the information in an A4 paper.
And add my email address just in case they want to contact me.
The last 3 lines are like, "The membership fee is in the package attached to the envelope", "Sorry for any inconvenience caused" and "Thank you very much". Of course I wrote these with the help of translation site (Yay!).

(Excuse me for censoring my details XD)

And onto how I sent cash.
As it's illegal I had to be really careful.
I have only sent cash in mail once before, and it was successful.
I was taught to wrap the money in colourful paper, preferably magazine pages.
So, this time I used leftover red packets:

Membership fee is only 5,500 yen, but the bank wouldn't take coins anyway, so it's impossible to exchange the exact amount.
Plus, coins are more difficult to hide, so I just sent 6,000 yen.

Then wrapped in a magazine cover.

Then I put both the application form and the package in bubble wrap (Oh why?) .
So it's really thick:

And I wrote it's "Printed matter".
Maybe it looked suspicious, the post office staff asked me what exactly it was.
As the staff could probably read the kanji (as we are Chinese), I told him it's just application form. XD
I didn't lie did I?

Postage costed HK$19.9, approximately US$2.5.
I totally spent HK$473 (membership fee) + HK$19.9 (postage) = HK$492.9
The middleman charges HK$550, so I saved HK$57.1...
Not much, but it's really fun. XD

The form was posted on June 9 (Uruha and RUKA's bday XD).
And on July 4 I received this from HERESY:

I read on their site the latest issue of GARISH ROOM was sent from Japan on July 2. So they sent the recent batch of applications together I suppose? I'm really lucky then!
So EMS is really fast!!! XD
BUT!!!
The HERESY staff has still chosen to write my address in Chinese. That's fine.
BUT, he/she missed one character of the building name. (>_<)
Luckily the local post office was smart enough and guessed the address correctly. XD
Plus, our postman phoned me to confirm, so it arrived safely.
Don't know if the next one will also arrive safely...

The envelope also has their symbol!

My member card, I am the 21XXXth member! (Congrats to Gaze, 20000 is a large number!)

The most important thing:

Username and password to member blogs and live reports.
Username is the same as the member no. except without the H- part.
Sadly I couldn't backnumber live reports.
I want the live report for the live attended last year... (>_<)

The back of the card:

It says it's only valid if with photograph and signature. XD

This is the sticker for sticking your photo onto the card:

Even with a HERESY watermark! =D

Gift that comes with membership. It's a card case.
I heard it's designed by RUKI...

So tacky... XD

Exactly the same size as the card:

Other than the colour I love it.

The latest issue of GARISH ROOM:

GARISH ROOM 7.
It's about the DISTRESS AND COMA street promotion and individual after interview of the special live, etc.

Flyer for bus tour of their Saitama Super Arena live.

Wish I could go... (>_<)
