YesAsia is only cheap and fast after all...

I ordered the GazettE's album "STACKED RUBBISH" First Press Limited Edition from YesAsia, it's shipped on the day before its release day.
So the album arrived on the release day, much earlier than I expected so I missed the postman... So I have to pick it up from the post office two days later because of postal procedures...

I'm satisfied with YesAsia's speed.

On Sunday, someone in the LJ Gazette community mentioned that there should be a sticker coming with the album when ordering through YesAsia. She successfully got it back after complaining.
So yesterday (Monday) morning I tried writing to YesAsia about someone getting the bonus sticker and request reshipment.
They have someone replied me that they were handling the case yesterday afternoon.

So today (Tuesday) afternoon they replied:

Please kindly be informed that our supplier had informed us that the bonus sticker of "Stacked Rubbish (ALBUM+DVD)(First Press Limited Edition)(Japan Version)" is in a first come, first served basis, therefore we have requested the remained stock for reshipping the sticker to you as a gesture of goodwill. Since our supplier has provided the last stock, we are sorry to inform you that we are unable to provide another sticker as the second reshipment if this package is lost.

Since we would ship out the package within 2 working days, please kindly expect to receive the sticker by the end of this week.

Thank you very much for your continued support of YesAsia again. We look forward to be serving you again soon.

Do you mean I'm lucky that you find some stickers left?
Is that none of your faults not having shipped the sticker to me in the first place?
What do you mean by "first come, first served"? So I shouldn't be served because you didn't include the sticker in the first shipment?

Okay, enough of my complaint.
I just want to say that, I ordered from YesAsia because of their good reputation (my first time ordering CDs through the net; many people mentioned their reasonable pricing and fast EMS)...
If I haven't got my sticker in the beginning of next week, I'll either switch to HMV Japan, GuruGuru (fabulous bonuses!!) or CDJapan.
