Oh Camp...
I've been coming to the conclusion for ahwile now that I am really tired of being a nomad and living out of a suitcase half the time. I want a real home. Granted while I'm working at camp that is not going to happen but still it would be nice if I had a place I could settle down in for awhile and a job that didn't have the potential to ruin my clothes and I could actually look like a girl once in a while. Don't get me wrong I love camp and I'm going for another year of Outdoor School but I miss having a "home". Speaking of home I have a plane ticket to Colorado! Yay! I'll be home in three weeks! It's only for a week but at least it's something. I'm really missing home like I never have before. Things are good. I'm actually the most happy and upbeat I've been in awhile. I finally kicked the cold I had for three weeks. That sucked hard core. I got some much needed rest this weekend. I got to see Mattie. Yay! He actually surprised me this time. He texted me at like 9:30 on Thursday to say that he wasn't coming up like he said he was going to but he actually was already here and hiding in my bed. He scared the crap out of me when I got home. It was cute though. I was way excited to see him. I love that kid. I'm so happy he's mine! I'll refrain from saying yay again. I like that word this morning. Gosh I was hoping I was going to have more time to update but I gotta go. Time to get to work. We have a nice easy week though. Only 25 kids. Next week it will be back to over 100 though. Hooray. Only three more weeks though. I can't believe how fast it's gone and at the same time I'm ready for a break. I'm ready to go home and hang out with people my own age and chill for a week. I just wish I could take Mattie with me. Oh well. Hopefully after the summer is over he will be coming home to meet the family. I can't wait to show him around. Ok I have to go vacum the chapel. Earl the bat pooped on the floor again. Yeah bats that live in the ceiling, really annoying.
