Braveheart does the Bible!
I sent a Letter to the Editor of the Arizona Republic in hopes that they will print it.
"Dear Editor,
Braveheart does the Bible! Mel distorted historical accounts of Williams Wallace. You expected more facts and less Hollywood from him this time? Even his sect of the Catholic teachings is so reactionary as to represent a small fragment of the most conservative of Christian religions.
Eye plucking ravens: I missed that passage. Out of context quotes and misrepresented events; just another day of camera "angles" and script rewrites for Hollywood.
"True believers" are what fanatics are made of; whether they be "crusaders" or the Third Reich. Give me the lions over these disturbed "Christians" any day."
