Room available in queer-friendly house - inner west

Hi! My housemate and I have a room available in a semi-detached house in Petersham, Sydney. It's a smallish room (would fit a queen, or a double and a small desk) but it gets a lot of light, and there's common space available for a desk/wardrobe/whatever.
Us: a 26yo M PhD student (in humanities) and a 19yo F undergrad student (communications/law).
You: Vegetarian preferred but not essential, queer friendly.
It's a big house (three living space rooms), with a garden, laundry, 1 min to buses and 10 to trains, broadband connection. Smoking outside, cats OK.
$120 p/w + bills, $534 bond.
