The post itself is a compilation of three other articles (MaximumPc: Study: Female MMO Gamers Five Times More Likely to be Bisexual, Shacknews: Bisexual Women Surprisingly Prevalent in MMOs, Suggests Study and the BBC: The virtual battle of the sexes).
While this story, brought to our attention by "metavariable" of BiNet Austin, should probably NOT be taken as a study of rigorously scientific accuracy, it can be seen as an interesting riff on the relative open-mindedness of the geek and gamer community(s). Which as "louhq" pointed out in a discussion on the BiNet USA Listserve "is just more conducive for bisexuals to be aware and out about it."
