Just a quick post to say hi to y'all.
I moved house again this weekend - in a nutshell my tenants told me last weekend that they wanted to move out giving no notice due to some pretty extensive building work the council are doing on my block... I didn't really have time to think about what to do - I just opted to move out asap and back to my old abode.
Anthony opted to come with me to Shoreditch and a very kind friend helped us move. We all got into the flat midday on Saturday & took a breakie break. Then after a some strong coffee & cigarettes we proceeded with the unloading.
Since moving back in I've bumped into a few random people, people I don't really know but have met many moons ago - I always find it quite strange being recognised by someone in a supermarket when I'm not quire sure I know them - I have a hopeless memory - not helped by boozy nites out! Still once my memory came back it's nice to catch up.
Sunday watched Battle Royale - which was very good - although I have to admit was a bit tired for the subtitles... still good film though. After that spent the evening horizontal on a sofa watching the last few episodes ever of the Osbornes - I want to be in the Osbornes - disfunctional but loving familly!
My future plans are looking a bit shakey - with the work going on on the flat I can't seem to get a straight answer as to how long it will be going on or how much it will cost (but I know this to be a lot...). I've been thinking about my travel plans a lot and am not sure if I need to make a few changes with this and a few other things in mind. I will mull it over for a little longer.
Well enough ramblings for now.
