Still Around
I've been so busy lately that I've been ignoring my LJ friends. My apologies. This has never been intentional, just mostly work related. I also took on role of Area Governor in Toastmasters, burdening myself with much more to do in an already very full life. The good news is that life has been treating us very well.
I've not even been keeping up my Weight Watcher reports. The latest news is that I'm down around 70 pounds. There've been some fluctations over the past few weeks with the state fair and my daughter's 21st birthday. But I continue to stay mostly on track.
As a matter of fact, I feel good enough that Scott and I actually found time to go two steppin the other night. Haven't been out in a year and a half and had an awesome time. Summer is winding down so the trips to the camper will cease soon leaving weekends free for other activities. Where has the time gone?!
I would love the chance to catch up on all your lives, but being pragmatic I know I won't be able to get around to it. Do me a favor, if you read my journal, could you respond with a quick reply about anything especially major in your life in the past two months so I can get caught up. If you're a friend, I really do care!
