Recommendations on good email hosting?

I'm looking for any recommendations for a small business client of mine. Currently, their current email hosting provider always makes the Comcast.net black list. While my friend's biz doesn't send out SPAM, their hosting provider has clients, who do. Hence, Comcast blocks the whole provider at their SMTP gateway.
They need SPAM filtering with the ability to download and review the Bulk Mail folder with Outlook. While I would prefer IMAP compatibility, they will settle for POP access. Since they aren't a public company, no crazy SOX compliance is required. So given these constraints, does anyone have a Service Provider they would like to talk up?
