Asher's movin'
My first Father's Day was a pretty good one. Asher is a pretty amazing little guy and is really into trying to move. Up until yesterday he has been able to "move" on the ground by getting himself into crawling position then reaching out as far as possible then repositioning himself in a sitting, upright posture. Last night though, I tapped into his fascination with beer bottles (Bell's Oberon) and took the bottle he had been playing with and set it out of his reach. He got into crawl position but instead of stretching out, realizing he couldn't reach it, then whining and giving up, he proceeded to move his chubby little legs while staying on his hands until he reached the bottle. I did it again and he crawled again! At times his crawl was more of a hop on his knees, but it was still exciting nonetheless!
