Lockdown

Britain is in lockdown, meaning like people like me can only leave the house for a limited number of times a day, meaning I can't scout out a walk today, as originally planned. I did at least manage to sort out getting a printer and going for a walk yesterday afternoon. It was a nice afternoon for it, but I was still bumping into the occasional large group of people that were insistent on hanging out all together.

The announcement came from BoJo last night - I tried doing some shopping this morning; I didn't have much success, particularly as there was a huge queue outside the big supermarket that I didn't fancy waiting in. The woman in the paper shop was on her phone and just ignoring people waiting to be served; I gave up on that place, but managed to get sandwiches, and some milk, but not cravendale like I wanted, so it's a large pint bottle that I have to drink up extra fast - I think the small cartons are the ones that get hoarded first.

I'm not sure how I will cope if this lockdown lasts for several months, as some are implying it will.
