Doctor Who Episode 12x03: Orphan 55

So, I can see there's an obvious environmental message in this one, but with the whole "this is Earth" twist, I'm wondering if there's going to be some sort of connection between this and what had happened to Gallifrey at the end of last week's episode.
So, maybe something happened on Gallifrey that will end up happening on Earth too, and despite thinking that the Doctor's stance would be that she can't interfere with the course of history, I noticed that she did indicate that this future can be avoided - so maybe later on in the series they'll be able to change things so that this future ends up not happening.
And I hope they find a way to bring back those hallucination worms that just seemed like a McGuffin to bring two characters together.
And did I see Bryan Cranston in next week's trailer?
