Just going by shows from the last few years, I'll say Gotham.



I really enjoyed this show - I liked the way that so many characters had a lot of depth, including villains like the Penguin and the Riddler.

I really enjoyed watching the show, guessing which villain everyone was going to turn out to be (sometimes it was easy), and I don't think I saw an outright awful episode on the show's entire run.
