The AGM

We had the residents' AGM last night; it was incredibly long - 2 and a half hours; it wasn't the most exciting place to be, but at least there was no arguing this time. We were in the back room of this old pub, which apparently was used as a skittles alley in the early 1900s. It's a weird pub that has never served alcohol - all to do with early 20th century prohibition.

The staff carol service was today; it went well, and had a good attendance, though at one point a man got up, walked towards me, nudged me and said something in a very low voice that sounded very sinister. I think he might have been threatening me, or criticising me because I didn't get up for this old lady who had just walked in. He then stood talking to someone, and then came and sat next to me for about one minute, and suddenly left.

Tonight I saw a man in green illuminati-type robes on the station platform as I got off the train; I couldn't work out if this was fancy dress or his normal outfit.

after work, costume, clothes, home, christmas, pubs, another person, costumes, the neighbors
