Good Cop, Bad Cop

We had some sort of lunchtime seminar at work yesterday; it wasn't quite as fun or as informative as I'd hoped - the free lunch was nice, but the Q&A at the end turned into a long discussion about application fees, with this man (who my colleagues called the "bad cop"), who came with the speakers, butting in on questions a lot and shooting people down. I was glad when I got out.

I went to the big supermarket near where I live; I don't really enjoy it, since it opens at 8, but it feels like already half the world is there five minutes before it opens, but I had a money off voucher.
