I Hate The Germs
I'm at home with a cough again - I just keep getting it, and I just hope it goes away soon.
Work yesterday was somewhat fun, as it involved watching health and safety videos that were funny, but I got very annoyed on the way home.
I use a paper ticket that has a magnetic strip and is meant to last me a whole year; last night it randomly decided not to work on the gates; I looked around for someone to help and eventually saw a member of staff sitting in a booth watching me. I went over and held up my ticket, and he just pointed at the ticket barriers; I tried to explain there was a problem, and the a-hole kept doing it. He didn't bother to come out of his booth, and he didn't even bother to use his tongue like any civil person.
People drive me insane with their manners, and I was very annoyed as I had to waste time going another way and finding someone helpful, risking being late for the train I was trying to catch.
At least being stuck at home means I don't get subjected to transport problems.
