Meatballs
I've not done a lot this week, although I did have my job appraisal on Tuesday - this went well and I'm confident of getting a good appraisal, which is what I really need.
I took yesterday off work; Baroness Thatcher's funeral was near to where I work, so I knew it would be especially crowded; I didn't do much apart from buy some groceries and go to taekwon-do in the evening.
Tonight, I did meatballs with sweetcorn and tomatoes for my evening meal; I was quite pleased with the result!
