Well, my driving lesson went a little better than usual (except that we kept being held up by bin men and that I went too fast a few times). I rented out In the Cut, which is a good film (with some very graphic, adult, scenes).
I went on a site visit to speak to this woman who wanted a loft conversion and straight away I made a mistake. A dog can running to the door and the woman who owned the house grabbed its leash. However, because I was trying to get around the dog, I went and knocked a glass ornament off a shelf. I only realised when it smashed on the floor.
After resolving never to take my briefcase into another house again, we finished the site visit, and I got a train home.
After watching In the Cut and part of a Monty Python's Life of Brian Documentary (one of the special features of my DVD of the film), I went to bed and had an insane dream. It seemed to involve a rabid gorilla chasing me through the town where I live (I must have been thinking about the Sunnydale Zoo level of Buffy: Chaos Bleeds). I took shelter in a launderette and then ran on. The gorilla spotted me and I reached a school which, in real life, we're trying to get permission to knock down and replace with housing. I yelled: "THERE'S A GORILLA AFTER ME!" and a security guard came out and shot it with a tranquiliser gun. It turned out later that the gorilla had been pregnant (I watched Fearful Symmetry a few months ago). Then, I seemed to be at this Bible Study group that I used to go to regularly on Friday nights and this man was getting me to go out fishing with him at 11am on Sunday morning and I was trying to work out how to explain what I was doing to my parents.
I got up at 8:00 and then realised I wanted to be at work by 9:00 to meet a client who was coming in so I had my shower fast and hurried to the office. It's quarter past nine and still no sign of the client. How annoying.
