I really don't understand some peoples' lack of manners, and I saw tonight an unpleasant, rude woman who I've not seen in a while. Basically, she seems to think she has the right over everyone else to get on the trains first, and likes to position herself right in front of others who are waiting on the platform and other things. She's about 50, and very short and ugly.
When I got to the station, they had to bring a train into the platform because for some reason there wasn't one, and everyone was waiting. Now, normal etiquette dictates that you shouldn't stand in front of other people who are already there, and wait your turn behind them, and most people are civil enough to do that. As the train stopped, I suddenly saw someone barging their way in front of a line of people who were closer to the door to them, and then I realised it was Mrs. Rude Person herself. I was glad she was getting in the other carriage. I've not yet seen anyone stopping her and telling her to stop this, and I suspect she's tell them to go f*** themselves if they did.
I often wonder what she goes into London for, and what she works as, and what she's like there and towards other people. I sort of imagine her just coming into work and just ignores anyone and tells her colleagues to f*** off, and she probably lives alone, or possibly with a pet pitbull terrier. That's probably it.
I didn't do much else today apart from work, and then I heard a barking noise coming from my new neighbour's flat, which startled me a bit - so he has a dog, then. Strange thing was, the lights were all off - did he leave the dog alone in the flat?
