I'M ANGRY. MEGA RANT
AAAAGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
I am so infuriated, I had to come here and vent. I was on the train tonight and at the stop before mine, a lot of people got off, including the person next to me. I was all ready to scoot across and sit in the aisle seat where he had been, making it easier to get off, and suddenly the old man opposite me stood up and put his bag there. I thought he was getting off, but then - to my disgust - HE SAT NEXT TO ME!
I wanted to scream, WHY THE HELL DID YOU DO THAT? I wasn't even in a seat facing the engine, which I understand most people prefer, but here's the thing.
IF THERE IS A DOUBLE SEAT OPPOSITE ME, I DO NOT APPRECIATE ANYBODY I DON'T KNOW SITTING NEXT TO ME.
IF THERE ARE ABOUT FOUR/FIVE DOUBLE SEATS FREE IN A CARRIAGE I DON'T APPRECIATE ANYBODY I DON'T KNOW SITTING NEXT TO ME.
Needless to say, I got up and shouted at him, then moved off to another spot. I was not pleased, and just wanted to scream loudly.
And while I'm ranting...
Some woman tut tutted at me because I walked past her on the train instead of letting her move out first. TOUGH!
Back in the summer I opened a window on the train because it was stuffy; an old man sat in front of me and tried to make me close it; I refused. TOUGH!
End rant.
