Stormy Times

It was very windy on Sunday night and it was a bit hard to sleep but the worst problem was when the power went down on Monday morning and took a few hours to come back. We spent the time visiting Clun and we went to the caste which wasup a hill but it felt like we were in the middle of a gale because it was so windy. It was worse this morning when we went for a walk near Offa's Dyke, which was built by King Offa many years ago. It was a fun walk even though we almost got lost at one point and we saw an amazing rainbow at the top of a ridge.

We have also been enjoying the sauna and hot tub in the villa; it is very relaxing after a hard day. The scenery from the villa is really nice with a view of fields and old barns; it feels like being in Wuthering Heights!
