An Observation Re: Sci Fi Villians
I've come to the conclusion that the Slitheen on Doctor Who and the Sarah Jane adventures are the Whoniverse equivalent of the Ferengi in the Trekverse. They might have originally been intended as threatening, but they're just really, really annoying.
