Doctor Who Episode 14x05: Dot and Bubble
Doctor Who got all Black Mirror-like.

So yes, Lindy turned out to be a truly nasty character, getting the guy who saved her evidently (but not definitely) killed.
I liked the whole satire element on this, about people being too obsessed with social media, and not interested in their surroundings, so throwing in cannibalistic caterpillar creatures was a good idea.
Not a lot more to think about this one, except that I really enjoyed it. I wonder if some/all of the characters will appear again.
The one mystery with this one was Ruby apparently recognising Lindy's mother, as she's the second character now this has happened with. Not sure what the connection is with her and the woman on the cliffs; candidates to be Ruby's real mother, maybe?
That whole dystopic image that showed up briefly put me in mind of the future that the Doctor and Ruby found in "The Devil's Chord", and may be part of some sort of repeating idea too; maybe something that is being done to lots of different worlds maybe?
