OK, so I've seen Billy Joel in concert 9 times over the past 24 years, so what? Don't do the math right now please. This morning the radio was giving away *2nd row* to an upcoming Billy Joel/Elton John concert. All you had to do was name the snippet of a Billy song that they played. SOOOOO easy for a Billy fan. I'm crossing my fingers for you!!
It would ne so damn cool to see Billy in concert! I have been a fan for ages and ages and have NEVER gotten to see him live :( Makes me sad...

But oh dear friend o mine :) Since you're new here and all, I'll tell you a secret. It's how we all, especially me... keeps up on all my friends posts. In the top left had corner of you screen it says 'friends page', that's where the posts all your friends have posted will show up so you don't have to go to everyones pages to see their posts.

Also, if you look at my friends list you may find some groups you're interested in. Most of my groups are slashy though. But you really need to join sga_noticeboard because you get lots of links and stuff from there to fic, videos, whatever.

Anyway, glad to see you finally made it over to lj!

I'll be crossing my fingers for you tomorrow. I really hope you win... that way you can send me a picture!
I do ogle that pic you got with Dominic way more than I should admit :)

Well, it's almost 9 am...... how did it go?

Also... nice icon! Good picture of Joe! YUM! But then I have yet to see a bad picture of Joe :) hehehe

Well, you didn't hear any screeching, so you know I didn't win. It was exactly what I expected--they played a second of some obscure Elton John song that I had never heard before. Now if it was an obscure *Billy* song, I still would've gotten it, but no such luck. I'm trying to think optimistically, cuz my best friend is going online tomorrow with Ticketmaster and get them--they don't go onsale until then, but it sure would've been nice to sit up close. Oh well. I'll only be pissed off if I don't get any tickets to the show whatsoever and we're not at that point yet ( ... )

hahaha! Oh yeah! I had about the same reaction.
"WHF! No way! they can't do that! They're still trapped and Michael still has Teyla! No fair. that is just...... mmmmm, wine with John. I want..."

I have NO idea how to make animated icons! I wish I did. But when I snurch (with permission :) )they're still animated.

I so need to learn how to make icons... animated icons especially!
