Exercize before you eat. It speeds up your metabolism.
Cut out red meat. It's just... bad.
Eat really colorful veggies. They're good for you.

How should I exercize?

At least 20 minutes of straight cardio
20 minutes of muscle work (stretch bands are the best)
10 minutes of ab work.

Run in place for 2-3 minutes, and then stretch your muscles. Arm swings for your torso touching toe, all that good stuff.
Tae-bo or aerobics work for the cardio. Or run on the tredmil.
For the muscle conditioning, there are these stretchy bands that work better than hand weights... give me your address, i'll send you some plus a book. they work.
abs - sit ups, crunches, etc..
