Christmas
Christmas means little to Star, but it means a lot to humans. Which is why he spends the morning in bed with Ric having sex until they had to get up and get ready to go and have lunch with Alison and Longshot.
Ric is getting a selection of books. Star spent a long time picking out books that were of the same theme, or author, as books he knew Ric enjoyed.
Alison and Longshot get a photo album. Inside is carefully selected and sometimes edited pictures covering Star's life. From the first shots of a wild eyed, unmarked child to a photo taken only last month of Star and Ric lazing on the couch together, taken by Sam.
He didn't know else to get his father and Alison. But there's a lot of thought and time gone into that album. and a lot of vulnerability.
