Strange Relations [Open to Longshot]
There's a few possible reasons why Shatterstar is sitting on the fence of the horse paddock on Tasha's property in Italy.
It's entirely possible that he's bored and gone looking for something to do. He might have rocked up to check on Alison again. He could have decided that he needed more experience with horses.
There's even the remote possibility that the little human part of him wants to spend some time with Longshot but hasn't worked out how to approach him, and so he's just sitting on the fence waiting to see his father and hoping he'll have some idea of what to do.
