I notice a lot of people claim that Gauron is a very one-dimensional character. That he has no apparent motivation for going after Sousuke, (other than that time when Sousuke shot him in self defense, which seems like a lame excuse for a villain) and that he's a very shallow character.
Well, here are my overanalyzations and reasons why I disagree.

Yes, I totally agree that Sousuke and Gauron's relationship has a lot in common with JokerxBatman! The whole "self-appointed role of arch-nemesis" that Gauron makes himself to be, and the way he stalks Sousuke and antagonizes him because he loves him... it's a lot like the Joker. And Sousuke is the super serious, no-nonsense Batman XD. LOL yeah, I definitely think that no matter whether you're male or female, this kind of enemy dynamic is very fascinating and romantic! :D I dunno, I just find myself being much more fascinated with pairings that involve crazy enemy / love relationships. Call me a sucker for messed up, unorthodox relationships XD.
