Question. In canon, Eternals, a race that doesn't feed off emotions of 'ephemerals', (people who eventually die, including Time Lords) but feel nothing unless they hang around ephemerals who do have them and sort of like feeling stuff. They can also get images out of people's mind if they're particularly emotional. These guys can't actually read Turlough, though this might be because he's being pulled in different directions rather than an actual ability. So does he fall under the second or third category?

You know, I was wondering myself which way Turlough would fall because of that serial. I wonder if it could be because of the Black Guardian's influence at the time blocking the Eternals out--and then combine that with poor Turlough's mental state by that point...

Hrmmm.

I would lean him more towards the second category, and considering his own experience with things, I'd mark him as a high two that wouldn't struggle as much with the 'interference' factor as much as others might.

Question! Rukia's got her Zanpakuto sword on her during everything, and it's got a spirit residing inside of it. Would anyone be able to hear or sense her in any way? Or would it only be easier for Rukia to hear it? It sort of resides outside of the normal physical world and is just linked to her existence, if that helps at all.

Ohhh, hmm, it might be easier for just Rukia to hear it. (Less internal monologue to share with others.) But if you want others to be able to hear her Zanpakuto, I'll leave that up to you!

Hm... Tieria's quantum brainwaves give him the ability to interface with computers and other quantum brainwave users, most notably other Innovades (and most especially, other Innovades with his DNA sequence). Does that count at psychic ability?

Also, if it doesn't, his base DNA is human, but it's been majorly altered in the development of Innovades. Would he count as human or non-human?

I'd say that definitely counts as a psychic ability of sorts! It's a bit technopathy in a way, what with the interfacing and all, and I think that definitely does qualify him for option 3.
