- boddiz - I purchased a pair of 7/16" SF burmese jade plugs from boddiz, through his baf_Trade sales post on January 13. I heard nothing from him and assumed they had been sent.
He continued to be very active, both selling/buying/commenting here in gaugetrade and in stretched, where we passed a few comments and all seemed well. Somewhere around the end of February I sent boddiz a message, inquiring about the plugs and when/if they had been sent out. I got a message saying they were sent and it was coming from Australia so I should wait just a little longer. I did.
It was snowing really bad here so I let it got until early March, when there was a post in baf_Trade about someone not getting an item bought from boddiz. I sent the seller another message on March 12th and then on the 15th, no reply to either message.
Thanks to whatever magic lishd worked, I *finally* received my plugs a week ago. Which of course was a nice surprise...until I opened the package and realized that a) these are not 7/16", they are hardly a full 10mm and b) they are completely blemished imo. The color is not at all even and one plug has white on the front flare that looks like hard water build up, while the other is nearly the same as the other 3 pairs of burmese jade I've owned. The plugs definitely look different from one another and this was not disclosed in boddiz's sales post nor was it evident in the photos that boddiz displayed.
I am unhappy with the item and the way that boddiz handled the transaction. Getting the plugs only frustrated me further since they're not at all what I was expecting!
