My camera doesn't have a macro function and I can't find my adapter for my proper camera, so I'm afraid this is the best I can do:

The IS ring is open at the moment; you have to close it with pliers. I can do both of them for $12 shipped if you'd like them :)

whats the diameter on the continuos ring? is the pincher true to size?

It's roughly 3/8" I only have a BAF card to measure with, and yup, they're both true to size as far as I can tell.
