Positive feedback for whaddit. I originally left positive/neutral feedback, but that was unfair, as I had completely forgotten to contact her beforehand. She shipped my (clean) KAOS heart solids promptly, securely, and with a personalized note. There was a blemish on one of the plug fronts in the design, but when I mentioned this to her, whaddit was more than happy to issue a partial refund. She is very sweet to work with, and I feel silly for having jumped the gun on her original feedback.
