Negative Feedback
for deemocore - I bought and paid for a pair of spirals on 5/28/2009. I still hadn't received them by June 15, so I sent her an email to her paypal email address, and received no response. I then sent her a message on LJ to her user name, on June 17, I believe, also received no response. I then sent her a myspace message on June 18, and received a response (under cut)

By June 25, I still had not received anything, and sent her another myspace message asking if she had been able to send them. The message was read, but no response was made.
On June 26, I opened a Paypal dispute. It ran out of the seller response time, and I escalated it to a claim, which also did not receive a seller response. The claim was closed in my favor yesterday, only to find she has no funds in her account to do a refund.
So, long story short, paid, tried to communicate, got screwed out of my money, and a pair of plugs I was really excited about. :(
