What's the diameter of the 10g septum retainer?

Inside is a halfway between 1/4" and 5/16" outside is 7/16"

Yeah, I think you can. In a bubble mailer, to Canada, it'd be like, $2-3 shipped though.

That'd be fine, just tape it down to something so that it won't flop around so much in the envelope. It'd take 2-3 weeks for it to get here, though.
