rosemere_rat Shitty communication. Shitty seller. Apparently I wasn't the only one she did this too.
On August 22nd, I paypaled her for a pair of blemished green glass kong claws. I sent the payment a few minutes after we agreed on the price. I like to pay fast so I don't have to worry about forgetting about things.
On August 30th, I sent her an email just asking what the status of the mail was. I wasn't rushing or anything along those lines are it had only been a week but I'm used to having some sort of communication from the seller when they ship things. I received no response.
On September 5th, I sent an email again asking what the status was and received no response.
On September 9th, she sent me a payment of 4/5ths of what I paid her minus what paypal decided to eat as fees. In the memo she said she lost my package. Well I think it's pretty damn shitty of you to have:
A) not respond to my emails.
B) lose my package and wait close to a month to tell me
C) refund me less than what I paid you because something that was completely your fault.
D) how hard is it to hit refund instead of initiate a payment?
I highly reccomend avoiding this seller
