i stopped reading nabokov's lolita because my mother thought it was pornographic. now im reading nick hornby's its a long way down. its about 4 people who all meet at the top of a building because they were all there at the same time, for the same reason, which was to kill themselves. so, that should be interesting.
ben told me i should meet jeramy at the airport with a giant welcome back sign around my body, like the way those people who are advertising on the streets for cingular, or whatever do. except mine, clearly, will not say cingular, it would say welcome home jeramy. i told ben i would absolutely not do this.
when aurora came out, i asked her if i should do something for him, and ben threw out his welcome back sign idea. aurora says, "one time, when my boyfriend was gone for a month, he came home and he baked a cake, for me." he baked a cake for her. and he said, im glad to be back. this, to me, sounds like a really good idea.
it feels like forever since ive seen him. its almost as if i remember what it used to be like, before him. well, i do actually, but its as if it were back that way. anyway, ive been listening to radiohead too much, my ears are ringing and i feel like a drug addict.
