Went to my friend's house for a bon fire. It was fun. I had to use my Boy Scout skills to build the fire. I learned lots of things like:
* With enough force an axe can be made to go through a PC case
* When circuit boards burn they let off a pretty turquoise color
* The "Sacraments" text book used by St Francis can only be penetrated by a Pick, a regular axe has little effect on it. (Hardness of 15 to 20. DnD joke, if you didn't get it.)
* You can make sticks into torches and sword fight with them
* Its fun to soak a tennis ball in gasoline, light it, and kick it around
* Pouring rotten wood on a fire has tendency to put out the fire
* Zak's dog won't go into the fire, even if you place a trail of food right into it
* Burning lots of cardboard produces a lot of heat and flames for a short time
* Wrapping multiple strands of twine on a stick makes a fairly effective torch
* Building fires and making nooses are two of the more handy skills I learned in Boy Scouts
* And that a shit load of trains go by Zak's house.
