Well, duh! I could have told you that, dood! But just because this isn't a game doesn't mean we can't apply the terminology. I mean, you can't use a Jet Magnum effectively as soon as you deploy, you gotta get fired up first! A Robot responds to it's pilot's drive to win, and that's willpower. And of course, the culmination of combat experience adds up and makes you stronger, right?

On the contrary, a Jet Magnum can be used on deployment. Its just a waste of energy when you use it on the get-go.
