Julian's not at home when the paper hit the shelves. Which means he isn't at home when the paper arrives at his house and is collected by his father, who opens the front page to the headline 'Osborn lover revealed! Teenaged assistant caught out!'
While the media starts to gather outside the Bashir residence, (
Richard is already on the phone, hand clutching white knuckled onto the paper. )
Not that she thinks he'll hurt her, but she's trembling like a leaf anyway, and all the color has drained from her face. No yelling. Angela doesn't like yelling at all.

"Angela?" It's Amsha. Definitely. "Are you all right? Can I come in?"

She comes over to the bed and sits down, gathering Angela to her. "It will be all right. He's just hurt and angry."

She doesn't ask what's going on, because she could hear what was going on quite clearly.
"Where's Julian?"

She rocks Angela slightly, more for her own comfort. "They've never fought like this before. Not like this."

"Do you think it'll be okay?" she asks, concerned. She's still shaking a little, though Amsha is helping her, too.

Amsha's hand rubs up and down Angela's back softly. "They have always calmed down before. I just wish... Richard had not found out like this."

She closes her eyes and takes a deep, shaking breath and puts her arms around Amsha, hoping that she doesn't mind too much.

"We can go downstairs, to the study. And have some tea. And wait for the paparazzi to go away."

When she's dressed, she follows Amsha out of the room.

It's not there.
She takes Angela to the study. There's bookcases, statues and objects from over the world, paintings and prints. And a photo of a little boy in a hospital bed with a shaved head and a massive grin.
"Feel free to read anything, or put on some music. I'll get some tea."

Angela likes small children.

"Menigitis. He was six. We thought... it was very close for a while. I wasn't sure if you'd want black, earl grey or chai."
Reply
Only the resultant sickness from having a drug-addled mother.
She sits down across from Amsha and says, "Chai is fine, thank you."

She gets up and puts on a cd of classical music. "I'm afraid our house is not much of a haven right now."
