Gah, only being able to get my camera to talk to my computer intermittently, gives me fits. They're talking again, so I'm catching up again.
Before Christmas, I was hoping to score some handmade candy canes from the Popcorn Shoppe in my hometown. No luck, but the falls looked beautiful:
Kevin's $80 of roses arrived on Christmas Eve. I'm also getting really good at roasting a nice looking turkey!
I finally found a new piece of jewelry I just adore, Photbucket will surely remove it though. Till then:
I gor Jaker a Rose Petal Cottage for Zmas and boy does he love that thing! He calls it "my house" =0)
Hanukkah and Zmas overlapped this year, which I think is the most fun way.
Here's Jake in a dog house at WalMart:
My quest to try and like winter goes on. The day after I made these, it was 65 and all I had was 4 plates of cranberries floating in water. And I was sad. I think it's working.
Pretty rustic for a corner city lot, yes?
My fave thing to do for NYE is get a room in a hotel with poolside rooms. Jake liked the stairs--
He was also a fan of the shirley temples in the bar... and the crack machine. He also almost drowned another child in the pool by hanging on her. Sigh.
In January I got a job! Here I am being a workgeek...
Jake likes to dye eggs all year round =0)
Annual trip to Chuckee Cheese:
These look almost like a photo studio, but it is just the entryway of the grocery store next door to my house!
Round 1 of February tapestries. I am dyeing more tonight.
Ahh, caught up for the moment, yay!
