It's happening to everyone, not just you. There's a lot of lag, and we've barely even been able to get on sometimes. Logging in again sometimes fixes the problems, which are basically all "x feature is unresponsive" for me.
Well, what was happening to me was that I would log in no problem, I could walk around no problem, and then when I tried to click on anything I would freeze. It didn't seem like any kind of normal lag.
That does seem similar to what was happening to me, except that once I started talking to an npc, all my motion went away. I couldn't walk or anything. Also, I couldn't log out, only quit the game.
I check Bunt, and he seems better, he can now run around the city with impunity. He can't play any quests though, because he'll freeze within a couple of minutes.
