fun weekend
I am leaving for Miami tomorrow morning and I am so excited! I have only been there once, but it was for a very short weekend and I didn't do much. We just went to the football game the last time the Gators played Miami, so our whole weekend pretty much centered around that. So, tomorrow we are going to stay at Megan's grandmother's who lives in Ft. Lauderdale. I think we might go shopping tomorrow night, which is good- because I need so many things. Then on Saturday we're going to go to Miami. The weather isn't going to be too great, but we're hoping to go to the beach at least for a little while, even if it can't be a laying out situation. I think we are also going to get Megan to go shopping for a wedding dress! She hasn't done that yet, so we're trying to get her excited about doing it. Then we might go out on Saturday, but Steph needs to get to bed early, so we will probably just go to the hotel. Then on Sunday we have to get up around 5 to take Steph to wherever she needs to go for her marathon. Then we are of course going to figure out the points we need to go to so we can cheer her on. I'm excited for her, a little nervous also, but mostly I'm proud of her for going through with it. Well, that's it. I guess I should get to bed!
