panic you drones
so the "blackout of 2003" (how quickly it achieved a cliche title) is officially over in the gator household. i feel sorry for the people that are still without, cause i was going nuts in the span of about 15 hours that we were out, and most of that went to sleeping. howerever, i find it greatly humorous that people start to assume that the world is gonna implode and rush out to buy gas in insane quantities (meanwhile waiting 2 hours in line, burning the gas they do still have, funny aint it) and cases of water. which i guess may be understandable if its gonna be out for months but its not, most of this area is coming back on today, if its not already on, so wheres the panic coming in? i dunno, i guess i dont fully understand why people overreact so much when something goes wrong. everyone needs to take a xanax and sit down and chill for a bit, you will not die over this.
